A resolution is a statement around something you want to fix within yourself or your lifestyle whereas an intention is focused on creating more abundance within yourself or your lifestyle and is a more compassionate approach. During our time together, we will take a closer look at the differences and go through some exercises.

But I have trouble saying no to volunteering on the PTA, or telling my boss I have to sign off timely, or declining a party invite. I should do those things!"
