I believe people who have a fierce desire to learn and grow into their resilient, authentic self can do so. We all have the capacity! I have spent over 20 years in Human Resources and my greatest joy in my career has been partnering with employees at all levels in an organization to help them set, reach and achieve their goals. I also delight in sharing mindfulness techniques with people to help them navigate through times of stress and uncertainty.
